Do you provide consultancy services?

Yes, we provide consultancy for all aspects of virtualization within the United Kingdom and Ireland.  Please refer to the Services section of the website for all information on what services we can provide and how to contact us.

How do I report abuse?

To report a message that violates our Privacy Policy, such as spam, or if you believe that your account may have been compromised, contact support using the Contact Us form and provide us with your account information and any relevant details.

Is there a download limit?

Downloads are unlimited for the duration of your membership meaning you can download all of the available free content as many times as you like, at any point during your membership.  Note that use of the Xtravirt website is strictly bound by our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

Where can I ask support questions about content and products?

Questions can be submitted via Send Feedback, but also check the FAQ page as many of the common questions and solutions are already available there.

Republishing material from the Xtravirt website is strictly not permitted as per the Terms and Conditions of this website.  However you are welcome to publish web links to content on the Xtravirt website.

How can I modify my account details?

Log in using your user account details and go to 'My Account' and all aspects of your user account can be edited.

How can I sign up to receive Newsletters?

You can sign up to newsletters either from the Xtravirt home page or within your 'My Account' settings.  Conversely you can unsubscribe from the newsletter from your user account or by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ on the newsletter itself.

Will I be spammed with emails once I register?

No, we adhere strictly to the terms of our Privacy Policy and you have the opportunity to add or remove yourself from any mailing list at any time.

In computing, virtualization is a broad term that refers to the abstraction of computer resources.  x86 virtualization is the method by which x86-based "guest" operating systems are run under another "host" x86 operating system, with little or no modification of the guest OS.
