The Role, Purpose and Mission
An Xtravirt Senior Consultant understands a situation, employs an objective manner that builds trust and confidence, then applies honesty, integrity, professionalism, tools and communication skills to meet or exceed customer goals and expectations in a managed way that enables the customer to achieve success through their technical and business defined outcomes.
- Lifecycle customers: As a Senior Consultant you support Xtravirt’s strategy and team plans by championing, identifying and driving opportunities to support transition, growth and retention of customers to lifecycle relationships, collaborating with other teams to achieve the collective goal
- Customer success: An Xtravirt Senior Consultant is a key contributor to ongoing success for our customers, customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scoring targets
Required Skills
You’ll be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding and knowledge of the VMware Aria Cloud Management Suit and adjacent products or technologies and will have engaged with customers to evangelise, design, and implement solutions based on the customer’s specific use case and requirements.
The position requires high quality and in-depth technical knowledge along with strong communication skills. You should be able to lead or deliver services from requirements gathering and design, to deployment and operational readiness, and have significant experience across multiple product areas such as:
- VMware Aria Cloud Management Suite:
- Aria Automation
- Aria Operations
- Aria Operations for Logs
- Aria Operations for Networks
- Aria Suite Lifecycle
