SovLabs Announces Partnership with Xtravirt

Strategic alignment with leading VMware Master Services partner in Europe will help meet customer demand

ATLANTA, GA: SovLabs, today announced a new partnership with Xtravirt. This partnership will provide enhanced regional coverage in Europe to support the growing demand for SovLabs.  Through this agreement both companies will be well positioned to help European Enterprises reduce the cost and complexity associated with extending commercial cloud management platforms such as VMware’s vRealize Automation with 3rd party services such as Infoblox IPAM, Microsoft DNS, ServiceNow CMDB, RedHat Ansible Tower and F5 Big IP.

“There are a limited number of consulting services companies that truly understand how to deliver on extensibility and integrations of cloud management platforms.  Having achieved all five of VMware’s Master Services Competencies, it’s clear that Xtravirt have the resources and capabilities to deliver what our customers in Europe are looking for.” says Mike Wasserman, VP of Sales at SovLabs.  “They are uniquely capable to help customers unwire complex custom code and blueprint proliferation commonly found in long standing VMware vRealize Automation deployments.”

“We’ve seen a growth in demand for our consulting services from enterprise customers who are looking to reduce the complexity of their Cloud Management Platform and take full advantage of a multi-cloud strategy” said Gavin Jolliffe, CEO, Xtravirt. “We are delighted to partner with SovLabs and extend our professional services capabilities to SovLabs customers who are looking to accelerate their automation strategy”.

At this time, SovLabs is a unique proposition for organisations looking to adopt the capabilities of VMware’s recent vRA8 release without having to go through a massive rewrite of the customizations they built in vRA7.  SovLabs helps this issue significantly by offering codeless integrations that can quickly and affordably replace customizations. Furthermore, it is appealing for businesses looking to not only go multi-cloud, but also multi-platform.  Software defining the extensibility layer and making it policy and configuration driven across the enterprise is the right thing to do for customers.

SovLabs and Xtravirt will be exhibiting together at VMworld EU in Barcelona in November in booth E621.
