Xtravirt to Deliver VMware Cloud on AWS
1 May 2018 — Leading cloud consulting organisation Xtravirt today announced it has achieved the VMware Cloud on AWS Solution Competency, and will deliver VMware Cloud on AWS solutions. This achievement makes Xtravirt currently the only UK partner to hold all 13 VMware Partner Solution Competencies. VMware Cloud on AWS delivers VMware’s Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) via the AWS Cloud, allowing customers to run applications across operationally consistent VMware vSphere-based private, public, and hybrid cloud environments, with optimised access to AWS services.
The VMware Cloud on AWS Solution Competency is the newest addition to VMware’s solution competency offerings. Solution competencies provide the sales and technical training partners need to be successful selling and managing VMware technology. This new VMware Cloud on AWS Solution Competency helps partners achieve the expertise to help customers with hybrid cloud solutions and services.
